Definition of Services
LENS MAGE provides image editing, retouching, and related services to its clients. These services may include but are not limited to color correction, skin smoothing, background removal, and image enhancement.
Orders and Payment
Orders
To place an order, you must submit your images to LENS MAGE using our online portal or email. You must provide detailed instructions for each image, including the desired edits and any other relevant information.
Payment
We will provide you with a quote based on the services you require. You must make payment before we commence work on your images. Payment can be made using our online payment system or other agreed payment methods.
Image Editing Process
Processing Time
The processing time for your images will depend on the complexity of the edits you require, the number of images, and our workload at the time. We will provide an estimated turnaround time for your order and will do our best to meet this deadline.
Revisions
We offer revisions on all orders to ensure your complete satisfaction. You must notify us of any revisions you require within 7 days of receiving your edited images. We will make the requested revisions free of charge, provided they do not exceed the original instructions.
File Storage Policy
We keep backups of the old done/raw files for two months. After two months our backup server automatically deletes the old files. If a customer needs his image files, he must notify us within these 2 months. Only then we can re-upload those image files.
Copyright and Ownership
Ownership
You retain ownership of all images submitted to LENS MAGE. We will not use your images for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any images you submit to LENS MAGE. We will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Termination

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate our services before we have completed your order, you will be charged for the work we have done up to that point.
